Remme Christmas

Christmas Eve was spent down in Faribault at Josh's parents' house.
It was a VERY relaxing day, which was PERFECT.
We had a fabulous dinner, hung out with Josh's grandparents and then went to the Christmas Eve service at church.

Here is a pic of Grandma and Grandpa Remme with the boys!

Once again Carter with his eyes closed.
It's hard to get a pic of 1 of these little active guys, but both at the same time....may be impossible.

Christmas with Nana, Grandpa Jeff and Bran

Friday evening we headed down to Nana and Grandpa
Jeff's house in Bloomington.
It was a great night of relaxing...a yummy pasta dinner and lots of new toys to play with!

Uncle Brandon got Carter a remote control race track.
I love this pic...
Carter is just thinking, "Hey guys when do I get to play with my new toy?"

A NEW BIKE!
Lightning McQueen style
Thanks to Nana and Grandpa Jeff!

As we were walking down the steps Carter says...
"Thank You Santa Caauus"

Lily got all prettied up for Christmas too!

Josh and his new Santa hat, I should have taken a
picture of his new slippers too :)

It was a fun filled weekend, very thankful I got to spend
so much time with family (missed out last year because of work)

Stay tuned for pics from the rest of the Holiday.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
Merry Christmas!!

Florida Trip 2011

This past week The Remme Family could have been found relaxing in sunny Florida!

THANK YOU to my step-dad Jeff and my Mom for giving us a wonderful gift of plane tickets to come visit them in Ft. Meyers!

We had such a great time.
What a fabulous way to spend time with family,
relax before baby arrives and get out of the cold weather :)

Carter was great on the plane.
He had his own seat which helped, however he got a little testy on
takeoffs and landings because he wanted the tray table down.
That is also the time when you can't bribe him with my Nook or his portable DVD player.

We had AMAZING weather.
One day Fort Meyers was even listed as the warmest place in the United States.
Woo Hoo!

We spent a day at the beach...or as Carter called it
"the BIG sandbox"

Carter getting buried in the sand by daddy and nana.

Our cute little beach bum.

One day was spent at the Naples Zoo.
We went last year, but Carter was much more aware of what
was going on this year. He LOVED it.
He kept getting mad though because he wanted to go in all of the 'gates' with the animals.

28 weeks (3rd Trimester!) and in Sunny Florida!

The rest of the days were spent poolside.
Carter insisted on wearing his life jacket and had a blast jumping in to daddy.

I am VERY surprised that I was able to get all of these pics....because I now have a 2 year old who does NOT like his picture taken.
This is a perfect example...... hiding from momma and her camera.....

.....................

Thank You Mom and Jeff for such a great relaxing vacation.
It was exactly what we needed!

Even though within 5 days of our return, Josh's brakes went out, I walked out after a 12 hour shift to a flat tire and also had a 'curb' incident with the Terrain that has a rolling total of $1200 to fix. (Last year we came back from Florida and all got Influenza) Josh said we are jinxed. But at least we are relaxed and tan when all of these things happen when we get back....right ?!

We celebrated the holidays with Jackie's family last weekend in Owatonna.
I had already made plans to scrapbook all weekend with Mana and Amy, but was able to make it down for most of the celebration. It was so great to hang out with family. Carissa, Eric and Cohen also made the trip down and we all stayed at Jackie and Dean's Saturday night.

Oh my gosh this was too cute....
Every time I held the camera up and said "SMILE!"
I got this!
Hehe I love this little man....watch out Cohen....now that I have a two year old that does not cooperate for pictures....I will have that much more time to snap pics of you :)
Get ready for some bright flashes when auntie is around....

Carter and his daddy

What a big boy!
Walking all over the place and saying so many things!
Like stinky, momma, and lily!

Love this picture of Carter and Grandpa Schultz.
These two were having a grand time playing with cars.

Family Pics at Thanksgiving

Since it was so beautiful out on Thanksgiving...all of the families took advantage and snapped lots and lots of pictures. Carter was NOT about smiling for these pics, so we had to trick him.

No Carter is not smiling for the camera in this picture...he is laughing at his big cousin Mark zoom down the hill in a tractor. Well at least we got a family pic!

Oh the cousinship....love you girlies.

All of the grandchildren/great grandchildren!!!
(Well except Rachel who is out East at school, we will have to photo shop her in :)

My mom and her sisters. Along with Grandma and Grandpa!

The Lundeen family all smiles!

Me and my hubby.

The Thompson Family with the newest addition!

Thank You Judie and Randy for having all of us over for Thanksgiving.
Having a 1 week old in the house probably didn't make it too easy to prepare.
The food was AMAZING and the company was even better!
