We celebrated the holidays with Jackie's family last weekend in Owatonna.
I had already made plans to scrapbook all weekend with Mana and Amy, but was able to make it down for most of the celebration. It was so great to hang out with family. Carissa, Eric and Cohen also made the trip down and we all stayed at Jackie and Dean's Saturday night.

Oh my gosh this was too cute....
Every time I held the camera up and said "SMILE!"
I got this!
Hehe I love this little man....watch out Cohen....now that I have a two year old that does not cooperate for pictures....I will have that much more time to snap pics of you :)
Get ready for some bright flashes when auntie is around....

Carter and his daddy

What a big boy!
Walking all over the place and saying so many things!
Like stinky, momma, and lily!

Love this picture of Carter and Grandpa Schultz.
These two were having a grand time playing with cars.

Family Pics at Thanksgiving

Since it was so beautiful out on Thanksgiving...all of the families took advantage and snapped lots and lots of pictures. Carter was NOT about smiling for these pics, so we had to trick him.

No Carter is not smiling for the camera in this picture...he is laughing at his big cousin Mark zoom down the hill in a tractor. Well at least we got a family pic!

Oh the cousinship....love you girlies.

All of the grandchildren/great grandchildren!!!
(Well except Rachel who is out East at school, we will have to photo shop her in :)

My mom and her sisters. Along with Grandma and Grandpa!

Cousins

The Lundeen family all smiles!

Me and my hubby.
love you punk.

Kelly and her zoolander face

The Thompson Family with the newest addition!

Thank You Judie and Randy for having all of us over for Thanksgiving.
Having a 1 week old in the house probably didn't make it too easy to prepare.
The food was AMAZING and the company was even better!

Thanksgiving Part One

Thanksgiving was spent with my family in Prior Lake. The day was filled of lots and lots of yummy food, and lounging with family. It was a beautiful day out!
Most of the kids played football outside for most of the time.
Carter had plenty of cousins who were willing to push him in the swing.

Amy and Teagan all smiles

Baby Morgan came just in time for her first Thanksgiving! She is too cute!

Sleepy girl bundled up outside.

Sister picture :)

The kiddos.

Britty and Allie

Carter and Nana

Adorable little Morgan, and yes that is Carter's hand 'petting her'

Carter was all about holding her....well for about 20 seconds.
Then something else would catch his attention.

We took so many pics I had to make two posts for Thanksgiving.
Stay tuned for part 2 :)

Cohen is One!

I can't believe this little man is one already!
We celebrated Cohen's first birthday farm style.

What a little cutie....I could just kiss those cheeks all day long.

All the kiddos with their cute birthday hats!

This was all I could get from Carter....he was VERY excited though to eat the cupcake or
eat the frosting and leave the rest :)

The birthday boy getting ready to eat some yummy cake!
Starting to dig in....

Yeah.....this is yummy.....going in for the kill....

Happy Birthday Cohen John!
We love you and cannot believe it has been one whole year!

Macy's Display

It is now a tradition to head downtown each year
to see the Macy's Christmas display.
We had a yummy lunch at Benihana
(my new pregnancy craving....I can't get enough)

I snapped this pic of Chef Carter.....

Even though it was still the same displays, they added the reindeer barn.
Carter could have stayed at the display all day long.

Carter and his Nana.

Mommy and Carter in front of the singing trees.

This picture is going to be a classic....
We walked in to see santa and Carter was somewhat excited....until....
we asked him if he wanted to sit on santa's lap.
Then he said "I scared"

Josh is going to kill me for posting this pic....
But I swear Carter ASKED for this hat and the purse :)
Josh said my mom and I won't be allowed to take him shopping if this is what happens.

Christmas Tree!

Last Sunday we went and chopped down our tree!
It was a little spendy at the place we went to this year, so we chopped down one, and then got the other at Home Depot :)

Carter had a blast in the sled, picking out the perfect tree.
We even got to go for a hayride around the tree farm.

I love love love this time of the year, and seriously I think I want to change professions to professional tree decorator.
I could decorate trees all day long....so therapeutic :)

Here are my boys staying warm on the hayride....

I told him if he smiles for a picture with momma he could ride the tractor...
only way to get him to smile now a days :)

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!
