Big Bro meets Lil Sis

Big Brother Carter got to come and meet his little sister....not long after she was born.

Grandma and Grandpa Remme were watching the little man all day for us.

This is his initial reaction to Miss Reese....SO SO SO CUTE!

He was VERY excited to meet the baby.

He didn't know quite what to think when she started crying though....

But just like a big brother would....He comforted her and said, "It's okay baby."

Some snuggle time with daddy.

This is when Carter looked over at me and asked, "Is that my momma?"

I was still in bed and couldn't get up because of the epidural, so I think he was a little confused.

He then asked Josh...."Did momma fall of her bike?" "Is she okay?"

What a little cutie. Josh told him I was okay, and he was just fine after that :)

Aaaand keeping him entertained in the hospital room was a ton of fun....haha.

An exhausting weekend....This is right after we got home from the hospital, Carter had fallen asleep in Nana's car, so we took the opportunity to get a Reese and Carter snuggle pic.

My babies....love them to pieces.

A lot of people asked how Carter was going to react to a new baby.

We honestly had no idea.

He has been SO SO sweet.

When she cries he gets very concerned and comforts her.

When she spits up he says, "She just puked!"

He helps momma out by handing her the diapers, wipes, burp clothes etc.

We brought her to the Dr. for her checkup and Carter said, "I don't was Reese to go to Dr, I want her at my house."

He asks constantly when we tuck him in if Reese can sleep with him.

I think he is in love with his baby sister.

What a lucky to girl to have such a protective Big Brother.
