4 Months!

I cannot believe our little boy is already 4 months old! He had his checkup yesterday. Everything went very well. He weighs about 18lbs (95th percentile) and is 26 1/4 inches long (90th percentile). I was telling the doctor all of the things he can do, including rolling over both ways, blow rasberries with his mouth, hold his own bottle and watch me from across the room. He was very impressed and said he is acting more like a 6-7 month old. He is growing up tooooo fast. We ended our visit with 3 shots :( He was not a happy camper. Afterwards I snuggled with him and he gave the med tech an evil eye along with a very good pouty lip.

Josh and I fed him rice cereal for the 1st time tonight. It was pretty cute, I'm sure he will catch on very quickly once he realizes its food :)

Carter has been sleeping through the night which has been fabulous. He usually goes to bed around 8pm and goes for 7-10 hrs without waking. I got 7 1/2 hrs of straight sleep, which was the first time in about 6 months. He seems to sleep better for daddy though...he must know when mommy is home because he tends to want to snuggle as opposed to go back to sleep.
