Madeline is One!

This weekend Carter and I celebrated with Miss Madeline.

Molly is one of my very best friends.

I cannot believe it has already been a year since Miss Madeline arrived.

She is ONE YEAR OLD!!

And how stinkin cute is she!

Camping!

A couple weekends ago we spent Fri, Sat and Sunday in Waseca, camping!

Josh's aunt and uncle have a permanent site there.
Carissa and Eric were very very generous again, and let us stay with them all weekend.

We had a little hiccup before the weekend started...flat tire on the camper.
Carter didn't mind helping Uncle Eric fix it though...

The theme for the weekend was "Halloween."

Sunday morning they had a 'train' that brought the kids around the campground.
Carter had an absolute blast!
It was difficult trying to get him off so the other kids could have a turn.

Our little man was in heaven.

Big Brother

Yes it's true...this little man is going to be a big brother!

We found out on June 30th that the Remme Family will be expecting a little one next March!

Mommy and Carter went to buy this new shirt and that is how we told Daddy, Nana, Grandpa K, Uncle Brandon, The Chap Family and Grandma and Grandpa Remme.

We even got Carter to say "Big Broder"

The most exciting part (Carissa is super pumped about this ;)

Is that we are waiting until we meet Baby Remme #2 to find out if we are having a little boy or a little girl!

Everything went well today at my 1st appointment. Baby is measuring right where it should be. Heart beat is going strong at 166.

This one however, is giving me a run for my money. I was nauseated with Carter, and wouldn't ever have dreamed that it could be any worse. Oh this baby has proven me wrong. Hopefully it won't last as long as it did with Carter.

Ely getaway

After Miss Mana's wedding we were able to head up to Ely for a couple days. My aunt (Debbie) and Uncle (Bruce) have places up there, so we were very lucky to spend some time relaxing with them!

Carter liked hanging out by the lake...and as you can tell, he got braver and braver as the evening went on.

He also had a blast on the boat! The whole week after we got home, all I heard was.... "Uncle....Bruce....Boat....FAST!!"

Yup my bestie got married. And I was the luckiest girl because I got to stand next to her as she said 'I do' to her sweetheart :)

Carter even got to be a part of the celebration!

He walked part-way down the aisle, momma had to carry him most of the way. But then he spotted Nana in the front and made a bee line for her.

It was a beautiful day in Duluth. She had an outdoor wedding at a park with

Lake Superior as the backdrop.

GORGEOUS!

And of course the bride was absolutely stunning!

Once again .... I went a little crazy with the picture taking!

I feel like every weekend is a celebration with all of my girlfriends getting hitched!!

I got to celebrate with Sheri who will be marrying her sweetheart in October.

We all had a blast downtown, and we were all reminded that it had been way too long since we've hung out!
