Fun Auntie and Uncle's

Last Sunday we spent the day at Carissa and Eric's. Josh's parents were coming up to paint the nursery so we headed out there for the day! (I got a low - need at work...woot woot) PS next time Carter is on a four-wheeler he will have a helmet and full out body suit on (over protective mother much?)

Wedding Season :)

On Friday Josh and I were able to attend a wonderful wedding celebration. Charmiqua (a coworker of mine from North) celebrated her wedding to her husband Chris. They have been married a couple years, but were not able to have a big celebration due to her son Ricky's illness. They were married at his bedside. She is such a beautiful gal, and I was so incredibly excited to be there on their special day! (Her two kiddos are just adorable)

Kroger Wedding Part 1

This past weekend we were in Detroit Lakes, MN for Tara and TK's wedding! Both Tara and Taylor went to Augsburg with Josh and have become very good friends of ours. Josh was one of Taylor's ushers and he was very happy to be a part of the wedding.

This was our 1st official weekend away from the little guy. Carter spent the weekend with auntie Carissa and Uncle Eric camping in their fabulous camper. Jackie's sister has a permanent camp site, so most of their family hung out the entire weekend. Lily also got to spend the weekend with the Remme's and her pal Chloe.

Summer Birthdays

Since our family is so big...we group birthdays together....and celebrate! Last Monday we went down to Prior Lake to the Thompson's and celebrated Michael, Paige and David's Birthdays (my cousins) The whole time the cousins were all fighting over who got to babysit Carter. He is one lucky boy to have so many cousins who love him!

Birthday Dinner for Mom

Last Thursday my Grandma and Grandpa Thompson took us out to eat to celebrate my Mom's Birthday! Very yummy food and a fun time! Carter got to sample most of the yummy food as well. Hope you had a very HAPPY Birthday Mom!!
